Delivery:

We generally ship the orders within 24-48 hours and send you tracking by E-mail and whatsapp. Delivery is through registered couriers. We strive that product reaches you in 2-7 days maximum from placing the order. In some cases, there can be delay and we make it point to inform you about the same about any such delays. 

Exchange / Return Policy

Products can only be exchanged/returned if they are in an unused/unwashed condition with all the tags and brand box/brand polybags, within 3 days from date of delivery.

Anything which is defective, damaged, significantly different or have missing parts, we can exchange your product. You can file the same on the website itself and entire process is online.

Process & Schedule of Charges (Returns)

Store Credits - Most used method by our customers.

• Charges - NIL (ZERO).  
• Refund for COD orders will be strictly through STORE CREDITS only.
• Tentative Process time - 4-5 days from day of filing return.

Bank Refund or any other mode (except Store Credits) - Non smart way to return products.          

• Return Charges will be fixed at 10% of total order value (including shipping/COD charges, if any).
• Shipping charges, if any applied in the order will also be deducted over and above the 10% value deduction.
• Tentative Process time - 8-10 days from day of filing return.
• Order value below ₹1000 are not eligible for return.
• Refunds/Credits/Coupon codes will be issued to customers on successful return pickup after product is received to Warehouse.

Process : File return on website, wait for products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back to warehouse, we issue the store credits.

No amount is deducted from item / order value and the store credits will have 1 year validity. You can purchase any product using the same from our webstore.    

Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellation requests beyond this timeframe as our orders are usually dispatched the same day.
